Four to six weeks is usually enough. Allow longer for large headcounts or venues outside the city.
Can you host it at our campus?
Yes. We set up campus family days, including layout, permissions and security coordination with your facilities team.
How do you keep children safe?
Supervised kids’ zones, identification tags, clear crowd flow, first aid on site and briefed staff throughout.
