- Brief – award categories, headcount, budget, date and the tone you want.

Four to eight weeks is ideal. Book early for the November to March season, when venues fill up fast.
Can you produce award films and nominee videos?
Yes. We script, shoot or edit nominee videos, winner reveals and opening films as part of the show.
How do you stop the awards segment from dragging?
A tight run-of-show, timed segments, walk-up music, rehearsed presenters and entertainment between award blocks.
Do you handle trophies and citations?
Yes. We manage design, production, name checks and on-stage handover.
