Rapture Events has planned MICE events since 2004, pan-India and internationally across Southeast Asia, Europe and Nepal. Travel agents book trips and event companies run stages; a MICE event needs both on the same plan, so one Rapture team handles travel, venues, production and the on-ground team.

Six to ten weeks for a domestic trip. Allow longer for international trips, large groups and peak travel dates, so flights, visas and hotel room blocks can be confirmed.
What group sizes do you handle?
Rapture plans MICE events for groups of any size, from a leadership offsite to a large dealer incentive tour. Share your headcount and we will suggest destinations and venues that suit it.
How much does a MICE event cost?
The cost depends on the destination, group size, number of days, hotel category and the conference and gala elements. Rapture shares a costed itinerary with each proposal so you can compare options.
Can you combine a conference with an incentive trip?
Yes. Many groups hold a half-day or full-day conference session during the trip, followed by activities and a gala dinner. Rapture plans the stage, AV and agenda alongside the travel.
